I srsly hope it aint out this year. For what I have seen im not going to dance from happyness. There engine is liek shoop da whooop omg boom and they havent used half of their engine in unreal 3. Well for what I have seen from trailers, pictures and articles I dont see the most heavy shit.
Im sure I will play it even if it aint so shoop da woop, the gameplay does it all (if they dont fuck that up at least, wich I dont expect ) But I hope that they will do more with there engine then that they are doing right now.
For example: exploding walls and flying objects Want

well actaully there putting in all that sort of stuff and more what they have learnt with Gears Of War, but it has put back development quite alot hence the name change from ut2007 to UT3.
Ok the 'tournament' bit is pretty redundant as its going to be more like an Unreal 3 more than anything but with the usual ut2004 & ut99 play. but even if you dont like the new stuff UT3 brings it has gameplay switch mode which can basically go back to 'classic' mode which is ut2004 mode but better gameplay and graphics so they said.
UT3 will have support for physix cards and utilise nVidia physics support thew into dx10 and AMDs stuff. Also provides better speeds and tweeking for dx9 users etc.
Vista would be the prefered os to play this on, perhaps with dual or quad core from what ive heard.
'Alan Wake' may be a potencial rival in breakthrew graphics but tbh i think ONS players will make UT3 sell like hotcakes with all the new warfair stuff !!
tbh there gets to a point when you think 'how long can i play a game thats 3 years old ?'!!
god i remember how excited i was when ut99 was anounced many years ago after i had played Unreal 1 to death and Quake3.
bring it on i say !
